Safari 3 vs Firefox 2 ; Color Differences

These are section screenshots from the same two websites (mccalled.com/amyboyles/ (left) & mccalled.com (right)) viewed in Safari 3 (top) and Firefox 2 (bottom) on Mac OS X Leopard 10.5.2. I was wondering if anyone else has noticed any color oddities in Safari like this and if so, have you learned how to fix it? The sites show up how I want them to and how I designed them to in Firefox and have that weird color difference in Safari.
FYI – Internet Explorer 7 running on Vista lookes like Firefox 2 when it comes to colors.
