The other week, in this post, I mentioned a way to change up your chili recipe for a bit of variety. Well, we had our cold snap, and I knew it was time to bust out this new idea! Here you go:

Baking dish, shredded cheese, Ore-Ida hashbrowns, and “Angela’s Single Chili w/ Pintos & Kidneys”

I was a bit nervous about how this would turn out.

It looks good, but are those hashbrowns really done??

Yeah, they were! And this was DELICIOUS!

I took some leftovers for lunch and everyone asked how I did this…it looked so good!

Oh my goodness! This looks absolutely delicious….I am going to stop cooking and just send my family to your site to look at your creations and pretend they are eating them (if it works…I will save so much money on food!).

Thanks for sharing this, Angela! We totally love chili at our place and this is a great way to use up leftovers. For my money, anytime you add cheese to a recipe, it’s got to be a winner.
